Click on the image on at left to download and play a video [1.3 Mb] of RC playtime around the lip of the slope. Much of this action takes place over the slope on the upwind side of the lip, and some of the low direction changes and reversals are on the "backside", or behind the lip over the flat field. Keep in mind that there is a shear boundary coming over the lip, and the model gains energy when transitioning through that boundary and then pulling "Gs". Notice that this clip is 42+ seconds of video in only 1.3 MB of filesize, for an extremely high video compression ratio.
